Zaida Pace
Happy birthday to Maltese national-team athlete Zaida Pace, who delivered a major breakthrough over the 400m hurdles this spring. Zaida lowered her personal best to 1:04.84, an improvement of roughly four seconds on her previous season’s best, while finishing third in international competition. She is also already a three-time Maltese national champion.
Her Platform: Zaida holds a B.Sc. with Honours in Sport and Physical Activity and is now completing a master’s degree at the University of Malta.
