Happy monumental birthday to Canadian sprint icon Sadé McCreath, pronounced Shaa-Day, who remains very capable of reminding an international field exactly who she is. Sadé won the ISTAF Indoor Berlin 60m this winter and ripped an 11.06 over 100m in Dresden at the end of May. Olympian, World Relays champion and still moving at a speed most people never reach at any age.
