Happy birthday to Mexican sprint talent Marieli Lara, who enters her 20s with personal bests of 12.13 over 100m and 24.42 over 200m. Marieli also helped her relay team run 47.32 last summer and reached the Mexican U20 100m final. We have not yet seen her official 2026 opener, but the speed foundation is firmly in place.
