Happy monumental birthday to Russian middle-distance prospect Darya Motyl, who enters adulthood with promising personal bests across both the 800 and 1500m. We have not yet seen an official 2026 performance from Darya, but last season she lowered her indoor 1500m best to 4:39.21 and ran 2:14.08 over 800m against a strong field at Russian Winter., already developing strength over several distances and with countless laps still ahead.
