Happy birthday to Russian long-jump star Anastasia Kukushkina, who has already returned to the six-metre territory repeatedly in 2026. Anastasia won in Koltsovo with 6.13m, reached 6.16m at the Russian indoor championships and placed fourth at the national U23 indoor meet. That follows her enormous 6.54m breakthrough last summer, a performance that announced her as one of Russia’s most exciting young jumpers.
