Anapaula Pollorena Figueroa

Happy birthday to Mexico’s Anapaula Pollorena Figueroa, a high jumper out of Baja California currently ranked #10 nationally in her event.

Anapaula’s high jump personal best sits at 1.70m, a mark she’s matched across three completely different seasons — 2018, 2022, and again in 2025 — which says something real about how repeatable her technique has become at that height. She’s also built range beyond the high jump, carrying a legal long jump best of 5.45m and having tested herself over the 100m hurdles as well. Competing seriously across three different technical events in the same career, while still cracking her country’s top 10 in her main one, is a genuine mark of an athlete who has put in the all-around work.
