Happy birthday to Welsh 400m star Tess McHugh, who has already made 2026 a breakthrough year. Tess lowered her indoor 400m best to 52.48, finished sixth at the British Championships and earned her senior global debut with Great Britain’s 4x400m squad at the World Indoor Championships. She then helped the team reach the final and run 3:28.09. That is one extremely productive trip around the indoor season.
