Happy birthday to Italian triple jumper Giorgia Galiazzo, who has already collected both a title and a major barrier-breaking performance in 2026. Giorgia won the Italian U23 indoor championship, then pushed her outdoor best to 12.99m at the end of May. One more centimeter will bring 13 metres, but a birthday seems like an appropriate day to celebrate everything she did to reach 12.99 first.
