Happy birthday to Belgian hurdler Amber Van Den Bosch, who opened 2026 with another national medal. Amber ran 8.23 to take silver at the Belgian indoor championships, only one hundredth outside her personal best, before turning her attention back toward the outdoor barriers. At that level, one blink is practically the entire margin.
