Happy birthday to Danish hurdles star Martha Rasmussen, who has made 2026 the fastest season of her life. Martha lowered her 400m hurdles best to 56.67 in June, took silver over 400m at the Danish indoor championships and helped Denmark run a national-record 3:35.90 in the 4x400m relay. Personal best, national record and championship podium. That is an excellent first half of a year.
