Ada Pawlak
Happy monumental birthday to Poland’s wonderfully versatile Ada Pawlak. Ada has already shown that she is far more than a single-event athlete. During 2026 alone, she has run 7.75 over 60m, 8.78 over the indoor hurdles, 12.12 over 100m, 14.46 over the outdoor hurdles and 1:00.91 in the 400m hurdles while representing Poland in an international U20 match.
That’s a broad skill set for an athlete who’s just now turning 18. Short sprint speed, hurdle rhythm and enough strength to carry both around an entire lap reflect years of patient development and a willingness to keep learning new ways to race.
