Happy birthday to Trinidad and Tobago sprint star Taejha Badal, who has made herself extremely valuable during her first season with the Arkansas Razorbacks. Taejha ran 23.23 over 200m and 53.06 over 400m during the same March weekend, an impressive combination of short-sprint speed and one-lap strength. She later advanced to the NCAA West quarterfinal over 200m, closing her regional appearance with a 23.40 performance against one of the deepest collegiate sprint fields in the world.
