Giorgia Bellinazzi
Happy birthday to Italian sprinter Giorgia Bellinazzi, a professional with C.S. Esercito who has spent her career collecting credentials most sprinters only chase: an Italian U23 title over 200m, a senior Azzurra call-up at the Mediterranean Games, and a share of the Italian U23 4×100 record — 43.65, run in a quartet alongside Zaynab Dosso, now Italy’s fastest woman. Last summer brought a personal-best day for the books: 23.16 over 200m and an equaled 100m best of 11.54 in the same meet.
This past indoor season she carried that form straight into the deepest 60m fields in Italy, taking the podium at the national indoor meeting in Modena in 7.46 — three hundredths off the win.
She got here on pure love of the sport: Giorgia discovered athletics watching it on TV, found out she was fast at school meets, and never looked back — while also finishing liceo classico with top marks and earning her economics degree from the University of Udine. Sprinter, soldier, economist.
Her Platform: fueled by Nutripure Italia.
Buon compleanno, Giorgia! Continua a volare sul rettilineo! 🎂🎁🎉🫶🫶🇮🇹
